Elaine specializes in commercial and investment real estate. Her clients benefit from her extensive background in land development as well as commercial leasing and property management. Elaine made the transition from high-tech, as Director at Sun Microsystems responsible for portal development, to real estate because she had a passion for real estate and enjoyed the tremendous freedom and tax benefits that real estate provides.

Elaine is also a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Arizona where she has focused on real estate investments in Mohave County near Las Vegas including Lake Havasu City, Bullhead City and Kingman for the past 3 years. She is shifting her focus to Pagosa Springs as she believes in the tremendous potential in Pagosa’s market for many years to come.

Elaine was raised in Colorado and after spending 10 years on the East Coast, she listened to her heart and returned to Colorado. She is delighted to have the opportunity to raise her children with her husband, Dave, in Pagosa Springs. Elaine truly believes, after extensive searching, that Pagosa Springs is the BEST OF COLORADO and feels blessed to have the opportunity to live here.
