Testimonials

Marcie Lewis was fantastic from listing my home, to and through closing. I highly recommend her!

Easiest and Fastest Real Estate Deal EVER!!!

Our purchase in Pagosa Springs was one of the smoothest house purchases we have made. That was primarily due to Blue's professionalism, accessibility and knowledge. She was GREAT!

Marcie was wonderful. She listed our property. She did a lot of foot work to help us get it sold. We think she went above and beyond. We would definitely recommend her. We will use her for any future real estate transactions.

As usual and expected, "Blue" did her fantastic job. Smooth, cool and always on time. But this time, she did it twice. Sold the house in 24 hrs-two times....outstanding. We were pleased as punch.

I had confidence in Kalei right from the start. I believe he did all he could to get our property sold.

Blue was amazing from start to finish. She was very helpful and trustworthy. And was happy to answer all of our questions and concerns. I recommend her to everyone. Thanks Blue for the world's easiest transaction!!

Blue made the closing as stress free as possible. Her knowledge and experience of the Pagosa Springs area was incredible. Would recommend her to anyone.

We came across Jann Pitcher doing a basic Realtor search, you came up first. We called, asked for Jann and was told she retired a while back, but they would get someone to call us back. Moments later we got Bill. We were so lucky. He knocked it out of the park. All facets of the buying process, he was phenomenal. Today is August 6th and we just moved in last night. Both of us are extremely happy. This is our 5th or 6th house purchase and I feel this was the best experience. Bill is kind, warm, attentive. We were never pressured. We made several trips from Maine and he was available to show us property and offer top notch advice. I hope the rest of your organization shines as Bill does.
